2 cup soaked almonds (soak for at least 2 hours in filtered water)
5 cups filtered water
3 pitted dates
3 heaping Tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 cardamom pods
sliver of a vanilla bean
pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Add ingredients to blender, let run for at least 1 min per batch, squeeze liquid through nut milk bag and enjoy!
